On Friday, August 20th, come find Neliane, the balloon wizard.  She makes twisting balloons look easy!  Her creations are so much fun you won’t mind waiting in line as you watch her create balloon hats, flowers, animals and all sorts of fun balloon sculptures. The balloons Neliane uses are completely biodegradable and are so eco-friendly, when they go back to the ground, they decompose in the same time it takes a simple leaf to decompose.
